These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Ajax Software LLC, trading as CbiGPT ("CbiGPT", "we", "us"), Ankerköz 2-4, 1061 Budapest, Hungary. They cover your use of cbigpt.com and the CbiGPT AI advisor (the "Service"), your account, and any application or payment you make through it. You accept these Terms when you use the Service. Please also read our Disclaimer.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract, or act as the legal representative of an applicant. We may decline any enquiry or application, including where a programme is not open to your nationality.

2. What CbiGPT is

CbiGPT is an AI assistant that gives general information about citizenship and residence by investment programmes, estimates costs from live programme data, and helps you prepare an application with our licensed partners. Answers are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. CbiGPT is not a government authority, a law firm or a financial adviser, and it does not decide applications. Your investment funds are paid to the government, approved developer, fund or escrow account set by the programme. They are never held by CbiGPT.

3. Quotes, deposits and fees

Using CbiGPT is free. Cost figures shown in the chat are estimates. Before you commit to anything, you receive a written quote covering government fees, due diligence fees, professional fees and third-party costs for your route and family. The quote may change if your family, your circumstances or the government's fees change. Where a deposit is paid through CbiGPT, the amount and what it covers are shown before you pay, and it is credited against professional fees if you go ahead.

4. Refunds

Payments made to us are final and non-refundable, including if you change your mind, are found not eligible, give false or incomplete information, or if a government delays, changes, suspends or closes a programme or refuses an application. Government, due diligence and third-party fees are paid to the provider concerned and are refunded only under that programme's own rules. When you pay, you ask us to start work straight away, and to the extent the law allows you have no right to cancel for a refund once work has started.

5. Your information and documents

You confirm that what you tell CbiGPT and the documents you upload are true, complete and your own, for yourself and every family member included. False statements or forged documents can lead governments to refuse or revoke citizenship or residence, and we will stop work without refund. We use your data only to answer you and handle your case, and we share your application only with the advisor, authorised agent and providers needed to process it.

6. Source of funds and due diligence

Investment funds must come from lawful sources. We, our partners and the governments carry out identity, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) checks. We may decline or stop a case if these checks cannot be completed.

7. Government discretion

Approval is always at the sole discretion of the relevant government and is never guaranteed. Processing times are estimates, and programmes may change their amounts, fees or rules, or close, at any time.

8. Third-party providers

Applications are prepared with the authorised agent, developer, fund manager, bank, law firm or due diligence provider approved for your programme. Each is responsible for its own services. Investment returns, rental guarantees and buy-back arrangements are the obligations of the developer or fund that offers them.

9. Your account

Keep access to your email and account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp or through the Service, and that clicking to accept in the Service has the same effect as a signature.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose (including money laundering or sanctions evasion), submit false identities or forged documents, try to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, or scrape, copy or automate it in bulk. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, design, logo and the CbiGPT name belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with a credit and link. Any other copying or commercial use needs our written permission.

12. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for government decisions or delays, programme changes, the acts of independent third-party providers, investment performance, errors in AI-generated answers you rely on without a written quote, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the professional fees you have paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law

Hungarian law governs these Terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. Otherwise the courts of Budapest, Hungary have jurisdiction. Consumers keep any protection given by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "Last updated" date.
